Strategic AI session for leadership teams
A strategy session in which your leaders try AI for themselves with personalised AI assistants, sharpen their priorities and return to work with concrete commitments and the tools to champion AI adoption in their own departments.
Not just another ChatGPT training. A hands-on experience in which every leader works with an AI assistant built for their own area, gets a clearer view of where AI fits in their department or company, and sees the real possibilities, limitations and concrete use cases. The CEO gets the tools to lead the company’s AI transformation, and leaders return to their departments not as passive listeners but as AI champions — knowing what to do on Monday and able to make the case for AI initiatives to their teams.

How it works
Not a one-day event. A two-to-three-week process in which every leader gains theoretical and practical knowledge and gets to try AI in the context of their own work, while the strategy session becomes the place to share the ideas that emerged and make joint decisions.
A kick-off call with the whole team and a short 1–1.5-hour training: how to work with AI and AI assistants, prompt engineering basics, and use cases from real Lithuanian companies — not from outer space. Each leader fills in a personal questionnaire about their area, clients, processes and where most of their time goes. Based on the answers, I build personalised AI assistants with the context of each group or leader.
Leaders work with their AI assistants — validating ideas, calculating ROI, finding competitor examples and preparing the structure of their presentation. Group calls with the teams deepen the thinking. This is where leaders discover for themselves what AI can and can’t really do.
Session #1: the reality of AI in business today, live demos for your sector, and group presentations with critique and prioritisation. Session #2 (Full / Custom): the leader’s role in AI transformation, concrete commitments for after the session, and a shared AI priority map built in real time.
A summary, the slides and the AI priority map are sent to everyone. Each leader leaves with 1–3 personal commitments. The Custom package adds 3 months of ongoing support with check-ins every two weeks, help implementing Quick Wins, and consultations.
Outcomes
Not just theory or slides. Concrete knowledge, tools, AI use cases and commitments — three layers your leaders will walk away with: from personal productivity to company-level strategic decisions.
The ideal outcome: every leader is the AI leader in their department — they understand AI’s strengths and weaknesses, can build a simple assistant themselves and use it in their daily work, and for more complex solutions can clearly brief the developers.
Every leader returns knowing how to use AI as a smart colleague in their own work.
The leader stops being a passive observer and discovers what AI can — and can’t yet — do.
Leaders learn to launch automated AI solutions in their departments.
It’s not just the leader who becomes more productive — the whole department starts working differently.
The leadership team shares a common picture of how AI is transforming decision-making in the company.
A shared leadership language, an AI priority map, and a team able to champion AI adoption in their own departments.

Who it's for
This session is for leadership teams (8–20 participants) where the CEO or top executive wants to personally help the team understand and use AI — not delegate it to the IT department. It suits companies that already have AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) but lack a strategy, shared usage and concrete priorities — or that want to move from individual initiatives running on a few experienced colleagues’ laptops to company-wide AI solutions. It works especially well for groups of companies with several functional lines, where each area has its own AI opportunities.
The session is not a fit if you are looking for passive “how to use ChatGPT” training, if the CEO will not take part in the session, or if leadership will treat it as a mandatory event. The hands-on format requires engagement from every participant — that is exactly what creates the result.
Data security and regulatory compliance: during the session we discuss AI tools suited to your sector — with data control, GDPR and sector-specific compliance requirements in mind. Solutions are recommended based on your IT and compliance context.
